We are now looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our Hong Kong Team.
Role Summary
The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management to support business needs across the region. This role ensures efficient HR service delivery, payroll coordination, compliance, and data accuracy, while enhancing employee experience and supporting HR business initiatives.
The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to provide operational excellence, advisory support, and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation, contracts, and personnel records
- Deliver effective onboarding and orientation programs to support employee integration

- Payroll & Tax Administration
- Coordinate and validate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with payroll vendors and Finance to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Administer employee tax filings (e.g., IR56B, IR56F, IR56G) in compliance with Hong Kong Inland Revenue requirements
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries related to compensation and taxation

- Employee Services & HR Advisory
- Provide professional and timely HR advisory support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee matters
- Manage employee queries and resolve issues with a focus on service quality and employee experience
- Handle sensitive employee relations matters, including grievances, in a professional and confidential manner

- Performance Management & HR Business Partner Support
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and system administration
- Partner with HR Business Partners to implement HR initiatives and provide operational support
- Assist in employee engagement activities, exit interviews, and action planning

- Mobility, Work Permit & Compliance
- Manage work visa applications and renewals in compliance with Hong Kong Immigration requirements and, where applicable, relevant regulations in other countries.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within multinational or regional environments
- Solid experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor ordinance and employment practices; regional exposure is an advantage
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and strong data management capability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
