Job Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll, pension, housing fund, IIT paid/declared on time and accurately.
• Support to review, update and communicate C&B related policies and procedures.
• Implement the policies and procedures in C&B; Assist on budget and bridge preparation of China HR; Manage leave record, attendance record, and other benefit package;
• Assist in conducting salary survey & employee survey & employee activities & awarding activities;
• Monitor the Workday system to ensure the data accuracy and timely updating of all items related to attendance, leave, salary and benefit;
• Handle Employment & Exit process, ensure the process is compliant with government requirements;
• Implement APDR, AFR, maintain annual performance review record and monitor the probation process.
• Manage contract review, performance standard, and employment procedure etc.; Maintain personal files, update HR database in Workday system;
• Manage and maintain Job Descriptions.
• Coordinate ER activities, e.g. Town hall meeting, Tea talk.
• Assist in supplementary medical insurance administration.
• Execute the ad-hoc tasks assigned from HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Major in Business Administration, Human resource etc.; A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in HR field including at least 2 years in equivalent role, working experience in manufacturing is preferable.
• Good sense in C&B, performance management and ER; Familiar with China labor law and local labor regulation;
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skill;
• Can work under pressure Good for planning skills Fluent English both in written and oral.
