Operations Manager - Multi-Site QSR Northeast London We're working exclusively with one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the UK - a business that has scaled to 100+ sites in under four years, backed by a major private equity investor. They're now looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of a cluster of up to 10 restaurants across Northeast London.

The Role
You'll be a hands-on, visible, commercially sharp multi-site leader. This is not a desk job - you'll be in your restaurants, coaching your GMs, driving performance and making sure every site is operating at its potential. Reporting into a senior operations director, you'll own everything across your patch.
- Commercial & P&LOwn sales, labour % and EBITDA contribution across up to 10 sites
- Drive revenue through ATV improvement, delivery mix and local sales initiatives
- Identify cost variances fast and act - without compromising standards

- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements
- Regular site visits - spot drift early, hold GMs accountable, keep standards non-negotiable

- Support new restaurant openings within your region - pre-opening prep, team readiness, launch execution
- Embed the right habits from day one in every new site
About You
Essential:
- Multi-site QSR or fast-casual operations experience - minimum 5 sites, ideally 8–10+Commercially fluent - you know your labour %, GP margin and EBITDA without being prompted
- Proven track record of developing GMs and building strong, self-sufficient teams
- High energy, physically present - your GMs know you, your teams know you
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, lean business where things move quickly
- Fully flexible across Northeast London
- Desirable:
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings at pace
- Background in a franchise or high-growth branded environment
- Exposure to drive-thru or travel hub formats
