Commercial Operations Executive - Hindi Fluency is mandatory

This role acts as the central coordination point between Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts to ensure smooth execution of customer contracts, service schedules, installations, renewals, and receivables follow-up.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, identifying deviations, tracking pending actions, escalating issues, and ensuring timely closure across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Track customer contracts, service schedules, installations, and complaints
• Coordinate between Sales, Service, Stores, and Accounts teams
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and operational dashboards
• Identify delays, deviations, and operational gaps
• Follow up and escalate pending issues until closure
• Monitor renewals and receivables status
• Ensure smooth execution of all customer commitments

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operations / service coordination / business support roles
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Experience in service-based or B2B operations preferred
