This platform is designed to assist OEMs, AV companies, and partners in scaling real-world deployments.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and externally-focused Chief Operations Executive to guide Autzu through an exciting phase of expansion. This role goes beyond traditional operations management and emphasizes growth and partnership development.

Core Mandate (Next 6 Months)

• Establish and drive strategic partnerships in the AV ecosystem
• Position Autzu as the leading operational layer for autonomous fleet deployment
• Launch and operationalize a flagship hub in San Francisco to showcase our real-world capabilities
• Transform Autzu's fleet operations into a live, partner-facing product and proof of concept
• Incorporate agentic AI systems into our operations for improved automation

What You'll Do

• Direct all operational strategies for EV and autonomous fleet programs
• Develop and manage partnerships with stakeholders in the AV ecosystem
• Collaborate with engineering to implement AI-driven and agentic systems
• Oversee fleet operations, vendor networks, and hub infrastructure
• Craft and execute a go-to-market strategy for Autonomous Operations as a platform
• Represent Autzu in discussions with partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in mobility, autonomous vehicles, EV, robotics, or related sectors
• Successful track record in closing and managing strategic partnerships, especially with major tech or OEM players
• Background in high-growth, ambiguous environments
• In-depth knowledge of operations at scale (fleet, marketplace, logistics, or infrastructure)
• Experience with AI-driven operations, automation, or agentic systems
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage high-level external partners

• Hands-on launchers who can establish new hubs and work with vendors
• Marketplace and operations leaders who have launched cities or scaled networks
• Operators with experience at the intersection of technology and real-world infrastructure

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary along with meaningful equity. The structure is flexible based on experience, with options for full-time or transition from a consultancy role.
