Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations to lead and optimize our organization's operational functions for this consumer packaged goods company. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that support the organization’s growth objectives and enhance overall efficiency.
- Lead and oversee multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with corporate policies and standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
- Manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance evaluation.
- Implement robust change management practices to facilitate organizational adaptability during periods of transformation.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and resource planning to ensure sustainable operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to promote collaboration and shared vision.
- Lead senior leadership teams in strategic decision-making, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and identify opportunities for enhancement.

- Extensive experience in operations management with demonstrated success in leading large teams and complex projects.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and implement cost-control measures.
- Skilled in change management methodologies to guide organizations through transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change.
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards relevant to the organization’s sector.
Qualifications
- 5+ years at the Director or Vice President of Operations position.
- Experience scaling a growing operation.
- Expereince in consumer goods such as personal care, household product, food or beverage.
- Expereince with high speed pacakging environment.
Pay: From $190,000.00 per year
