Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Dubai. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties; preparing and presenting offers and contracts; researching and analyzing the local real estate market for trends and opportunities; maintaining strong customer relationships; and meeting sales targets.

As an Emirati National, the broker will also act as a trusted advisor, ensuring superior customer service throughout the real estate process.

Qualifications

• Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge to guide clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Proficiency in Brokerage practices and an understanding of market trends
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills to provide exceptional client experiences
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities to build lasting client relationships
• Familiarity with Dubai property regulations and policies
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license is a must
