We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Agent / Property Advisor to handle off-plan and secondary (resale & leasing) properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, target-driven, and knowledgeable about Dubai’s real estate market, with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and viewings
- Advise clients on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Generate leads and manage client relationships
- Negotiate deals and achieve sales targets
- Manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, etc.
- Ensure RERA compliance and handle MOUs, Form A/B/F & SPA coordination
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records
- Attend developer launches, exhibitions, and networking events
- Handle qualified inbound and outbound leads efficiently
- Build and manage a strong investor & end-user portfolio
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion
- Support marketing teams with property content and promotions
- Assist clients with mortgage, trustee office & transfer process 1–2 years Dubai real estate experience (Off-Plan or Secondary)
- Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai property market
- RERA certified or willing to obtain
- Fluent in Arabic will be preferred
- Target-driven and professional
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong client database
