- As a Product Manager at Sleek
- Flow, you will be responsible for owning and driving the development of key product areas within our core SaaS platform.
- You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify customer problems, define product strategy, and deliver impactful solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more core product domains (e.g. messaging experience, onboarding & growth, automations, analytics, or platform capabilities)
- Define product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insights, data, and business goals
- Translate user problems and business requirements into clear product requirements, specifications, and success metrics
- Collaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality product experiences across web and mobile
- Partner with sales, support and other customer-facing teams to deeply understand customer needs and validate product direction
- Drive cross-squad initiatives, ensuring alignment, clear ownership, and smooth execution
- Use data and qualitative feedback to measure impact, identify opportunities, and continuously improve shipped features
- Operate in a fast-paced, iterative environment—shipping incrementally, learning quickly, and refining based on real-world usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B software environment
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS products, user-centric design, and agile product development practices
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly iterative, fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and expectation-setting skills
- Ability to think strategically while also executing with strong attention to detail
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Proven ability to execute at speed in fast-paced environments, balancing high-quality delivery with pragmatic decision-making under tight timelines
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus
