We are currently hiring a dynamic Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, transform raw data into actionable insights, and deliver solutions that drive informed business decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and Design: Create and manage interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate data insights and trends.

Data Modeling: Design and implement robust data models that ensure data integrity and efficiency in reporting.

Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including SQL databases, Excel spreadsheets, and other third-party applications.

Performance Tuning: Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance and efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with Power BI reports and data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for Power BI development, data governance, and visualization standards.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members on Power BI best practices and techniques.

To join our team, you will have:6+ years in a similar operational role.

Proven experience as an ERP Project Leader or similar role.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advanced Power BI Features: Experience with advanced Power BI features such as custom visuals, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded.

Programming Languages: Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and visualization.

Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with the change management processes.

Knowledge of business processes and operations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Language skills:

English.
