What is MyCareersFuture and do I need to use it?
MyCareersFuture (MCF) is the MOM-operated job portal. Employers are required by the Fair Consideration Framework to post roles there for 14 days before hiring foreigners. If you are SC or PR, applying via MCF ensures your application is logged in the FCF system. For EPs, use MCF in addition to LinkedIn and company career pages.
