Bilingual Recruiter - Toronto

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, and networking events.

2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.

4. Facilitate employee orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

5. Support internal recruiting initiatives.

6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruiting strategies.

7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements

1. Must be Bilingual (English & Chinese)

2. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

3. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

4. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

5. Familiarity with employment & labor law.

Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
