The Human Resources (HR) Manager serves as the sole HR leader for Safran Ventilation Systems USA, supporting a site of approximately 50 employees across manufacturing, engineering, professional, and leadership functions.
This position combines strategic HR business partnership with hands-on execution across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The HR Manager partners with site leadership and Division HR leadership to develop and implement people strategies that enable business performance while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and Company policies.
The role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, an advocate for employees, and the primary HR resource for the site.
Immigration & Global Mobility- Coordinate immigration and work authorization activities in partnership with external counsel and corporate stakeholders.- Support visa sponsorships, permanent residency processes, global transfers, and immigration compliance requirements.
Learning, Communication & Special Projects- Coordinate employee training and development activities, including learning management system administration.- Serve as the site liaison for Division and Group communications.
