Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers to attract high-quality talent across the business. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships, moving fast, and delivering a genuinely great candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through resume review and interviews
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reporting
• Help shape our internship program and strengthen our employee referral program
• What will make you successful
• Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency
• Track record of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, at pace
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and juggling competing priorities
• Experience recruiting for corporate and/or healthcare professional roles a plus
