We're looking for a commercially minded Demand Planning Manager (internally known as the Growth & Optimisation Manager) to join the team behind the numbers at Krispy Kreme.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our demand planning and Supply & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, helping to ensure product availability, optimise production capacity, minimise waste, and support the future growth of our business.

Supporting a national network of retail, manufacturing and distribution operations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring we're ready to meet customer demand today while planning for future growth.

In this role you will be

• Leading the company demand planning and forecasting process across multiple sales channels
• Driving S&OP activities and facilitating monthly demand review meetings
• Providing visibility of manufacturing capacity, production utilisation and future growth requirements
• Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to optimise product launches and promotional activity
• Identifying opportunities to improve inventory performance, reduce waste and maximise profitability
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Demand Planners to build capability and drive performance
• Influencing senior stakeholders through meaningful insights, reporting and business recommendations
• Playing a key leadership role within the FITPD team, contributing to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives
