We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of technology initiatives within a broader Data and Systems program. This is a delivery-focused opportunity for someone who can bring structure to complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
You will oversee projects from planning through implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations remain well managed. The role will also contribute to business readiness, change impacts, benefits tracking and transition activities where required.
You will work closely with technology specialists, business representatives, subject matter experts, vendors and senior stakeholders, providing clear advice and practical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be an accomplished Project Manager who is comfortable operating in complex, highly governed environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You Will Ideally BringDemonstrated experience delivering complex IT, data, digital or systems projects.
Strong end-to-end project management experience across planning, delivery and implementation.
Experience managing concurrent projects with competing deadlines and dependencies.
Strong understanding of project governance, risk, issue and change management.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, resources, schedules and delivery milestones.
Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Experience working across multidisciplinary technology and business teams.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective team collaboration.
Experience with Agile, PRINCE2, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with project reporting, RAID registers, dashboards and governance documentation.
Understanding of information management, records management and public sector governance principles.
Experience in NSW Government or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded.A relevant tertiary qualification in project management, information technology, business or a related discipline is desirable.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum or equivalent project management certification will be advantageous.
Experience supporting data migration, systems implementation, business transformation or digital uplift will be highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain organised under pressure.A proactive approach to identifying issues, anticipating impacts and driving resolution.
