The main mission of the position is to: Define the corporate strategy for IT services, cybersecurity and support considering corporate, regional and subsidiary’s needs. Define and implement the governance for IT services and support including policies, committee, standards and internal audit process.

Lead the IT regional service teams to properly manage the technology focus on deliver customer centric, innovative and digital services. Among the main functions you will perform you will find: Define the corporate strategy for IT services, cybersecurity, and support, considering corporate, regional, and subsidiary needs.

Define and implement governance for IT services and support, including policies, committees, standards, and internal audit processes. Lead regional IT services teams to effectively manage technology (architecture, networks, cybersecurity, communications, platforms) to deliver innovative, customer-centric digital services.

Manage a fully functional, multi-source service support team with a customer-centric support approach across multiple locations, focused on service availability and customer satisfaction.

Lead the Corporate Cybersecurity and IT Risk Committee. Research and propose innovative, cutting-edge technologies and services that add value to the organization. Analyse and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. Ensure that IT service and support are delivered and conform to corporate standards.

Manage strong relationships with vendors and oversee contracts, change management, service level agreement (SLA) management, and compliance with service levels and metrics. Application

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a Related Field required.
• MBA or master’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in leadership role in IT field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a global/regional leadership role in IT Service Management.
• Strong experience in SAP technology (ERP, S4/HANA, SSFF), in global/corporate environments.
• Hands on experiences with modern IT technologies (RPA, IoT, cloud technologies, AI). Working knowledge of Agile tools (Scrum, JIRA, DevOps, Trello). Strong experience in cybersecurity (ISO 27.001, SIEM, risk mitigation). Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
• Advanced/intermediate Office.
• Experience with customer service, management, leadership, problem solving and decision-making focus on business value and continuous improvement.
• Strong technical background in infrastructure, networks, architecture, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Ability to work with remote/multicultural teams and be an outstanding collaborator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven results of influencing in a networked or matrix environment.
• Experience deploying regional and corporate IT services.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal clients and external partners.
• Intermediate/advanced English and Spanish level.
