Join us, and be part of a team committed to innovation, excellence, and making a differenceMarketing ManagerWe are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to manage and execute marketing, digital, content, social media, lead generation, and brand activities across Adactin. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and comfortable managing marketing activities from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing activities across digital, social media, content, communications, and brand initiatives.
• Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website, blogs, EDMs, newsletters, and other channels.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn Marketing initaitives Ads and Google and Glassdoor activities, and monitor performance.
• Manage website content, SEO activities, marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and videos.
• Drive lead generation campaigns in collaboration with sales and business development teams.
• Coordinate company events, awards, CSR activities, employee engagement, and promotional initiatives.
• Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, and expenditure, and provide regular reports to management.
• Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time.
• Skills & Experience6–8 years of hands-on Marketing Lead/Manager experience, preferably within a technology, IT services, or software-based company.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, lead generation, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Canva, CMS, email marketing, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking ROI, campaign performance, lead conversion, and marketing pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership, internal teams, and external vendors.
