Position Details

Title: Business Analyst (Capital Market and Front Office/Backoffice/Collateral Management)

Duration: 6+ months (Contract) Possibility of Extension

Location: Toronto - Hybrid

Pay Rate Range: $50/hr -120/hr open for rate exceptions

• • Must Haves:

10+ yrs of Strong capital markets and portfolio management domain expertise with hands-on understanding of the full trade lifecycle, portfolio rebalancing, corporate actions, portfolio operations, and front-office risk workflows.

• • Experience working with institutional PMS/OMS platforms such as Charles River Development (CRD), including trade workflows, compliance monitoring, portfolio modeling, and pre/post-trade checks.
• • Strong business analysis capabilities with experience creating FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation (as-is/to-be).
• • Ability to work independently, analyze systems with minimal SME dependency, and collaborate effectively with engineering and technology teams.
• • Good understanding of data flows, APIs, and system integrations within trading or portfolio management environments.
• • Nice-to-have experience in microservices architecture and involvement in modernization or transformation initiatives.
