We're recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast growing Australian SaaS technology business based near Chatswood.

This is a senior digital role combining strategy, commercial thinking, performance marketing, customer lifecycle, data and MarTech.

You'll help determine where the business invests, how digital channels work together, how leads move through the funnel and how technology, data and experimentation can make marketing progressively smarter.

And yes, you'll still know your way around Google Ads.

The one non-negotiableYou must come from a digital or performance marketing agency background. You're likely an experienced Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager or senior agency side digital leader who has managed complex performance accounts and is ready for greater ownership client side.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of the broader digital marketing capability, working across acquisition, conversion, CRM, lifecycle marketing and measurement.

You'll also work closely with a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist, providing strategic direction while giving them room to execute, test and optimise.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit three layers above the platforms. You need to understand the numbers, challenge performance and occasionally get your hands dirty.

• What you'll own
• Develop the digital acquisition and growth strategy
• Define channel mix, audiences, campaign architecture and optimisation priorities
• Drive performance across Google, Meta and emerging acquisition channels
• Oversee digital media investment and improve CAC, CPL, conversion and marketing efficiency
• Build a structured testing and experimentation roadmap
• Improve landing pages, customer journeys and conversion pathways
• Develop the strategy for CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation and personalisation
• Connect acquisition activity more effectively with Sales and Customer teams
• Build automated nurture, onboarding, retention and re-engagement programs
• Strengthen attribution, tracking and marketing measurement
• Develop dashboards that connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes
• Improve data quality and audience management
• Identify opportunities across AI, automation and marketing technology
• Work with creative, content, product, sales and external partners to improve digital performance
• The MarTech piece
• This role goes well beyond paid media.
• We want someone who understands how modern marketing technology connects the entire customer journey.

Experience across: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM, Salesforce, Marketing Automation, Email, CRO, Analytics, Attribution, Dashboards, Audience Segmentation.

Strong experience with Salesforce, CRM architecture and marketing automation would be particularly attractive.
