Senior Financial Analyst

• Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst (Finance Transformation and Reporting)

• You will join a Dublin-based financial services company in this key role sitting within the function with exposure to senior finance stakeholders and a range of financial reporting and transformation activities.

About your new jobThis is a finance-focused role combining management reporting, financial analysis and finance transformation. You will support the CFO on reporting and finance projects while helping to improve the quality, efficiency and usefulness of financial information across the business.

Your responsibilities will include

• Support senior leadership with management reporting, financial analysis and finance-related projects.
• Prepare and enhance management information to support financial and business decision-making.
• Perform detailed financial and variance analysis, identifying key trends and areas requiring further investigation.
• Monitor company profitability, cost allocation methodologies and expense management.
• Improve the quality, consistency and control of finance data used for reporting.
• Develop and enhance finance reporting processes, including KPI and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual finance reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Support the development of more efficient and scalable finance reporting processes.
• Work with data from multiple sources to provide clear and meaningful financial insights.
• Maintain appropriate controls and documentation around finance data and reporting.
• Is this you?
• Recent relevant experience across financial reporting, finance transformation, management reporting or related advisory work ideally gained in industry and / or Big 4 consultancy.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting and working with complex financial information.
• Advanced Power BI skills, essential
