🚀 Delivery Manager | Agile / Scrum | Digital Transformation | £90,000 + Bonus | HybridI'm partnering with one of the most exciting and ambitious organisations in the London Insurance Market as they continue to invest heavily in a major technology and digital transformation programme.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master to join a growing Digital function and play a key role in helping product teams become more effective, predictable and mature.

The sweet spot for this role is someone with strong Scrum Master capability at their core, combined with broader Delivery Management experience. You’ll be working closely with Product Owners, Engineering and Technical Leads to improve the way teams work, remove blockers and help create an environment where teams can deliver real value.

What you'll be doing

✔ Working hands-on within cross-functional product squads✔ Facilitating and improving Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives✔ Coaching teams on Agile principles, behaviours and ways of working✔ Helping teams become more self-organising, mature and high-performing✔ Identifying and removing impediments, blockers and delivery friction✔ Challenging ineffective ways of working and helping teams continuously improve✔ Working closely with Product Owners to support prioritisation, planning and delivery✔ Managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities across teams✔ Using delivery and flow metrics to improve predictability and team performance✔ Building strong relationships across Product, Engineering and the wider business

What we're looking for

• Strong, demonstrable hands-on Scrum Master experience — this is essential.
• Experience working directly within Agile/product squads, rather than primarily in programme, project or PMO environments.A genuine Agile mindset, with a track record of coaching teams and improving their ways of working.
• Experience helping teams improve their maturity, performance and delivery predictability.
• Comfortable dealing with resistance, challenging behaviours and difficult delivery situations.
• Strong Product partnership and experience working closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Broader Delivery Management experience covering risks, dependencies, stakeholders and delivery planning.
• Someone who can hit the ground running, quickly build credibility and make an impact.
• Experience within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
• Exposure to DORA, Flow Metrics or other modern delivery practices would be beneficial.

Scrum, SAFe or other Agile certifications are a plus.
