Role Overview

Due to our growth, we are looking for a financial services professional to lead our team and play an instrumental role in growing the overall business. The Partnership Manager will be pivotal in supporting and expanding our referral partner base within the business. This role is essential for the seamless execution of business growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will also lead our podcast and have the opportunity to present at business partner conferences and engage with referral partners regularly. Some travel and flexibility will be required.

The role offers attractive pay with bonus potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new opportunities by building strong relationships with various referral partners, such as lawyers, accountants, mortgage associations etc.
• Manage other business development staff
• Manage and nurture existing referral relationships.
• Build rapport through networking to drive business outcomes.
• Proactively develop the company’s social media presence through podcasts, newsletters, and other activities.
• Support broader business initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and broker/customer satisfaction.

About You

Previous BDM/Sales experience in the mortgage broking industry .Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence groups and moderate podcasts comfortably.

Excellent interpersonal, public relations, and presentation skills.

Experience presenting to large groups of people.

Ability to lead, inspire, and manage team.

Willingness to travel interstate and around Sydney.

Understanding of the Financial Planning industry preferred.

Highly motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of developing and implementing effective solutions quickly.
