Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Capital Markets, Exchange Markets and Banking & Financial Services (BFSI).

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of exchange-traded products, market infrastructure, trading workflows and financial services operations, along with proven experience in Product Ownership and Agile delivery.

The Product Owner will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, exchange market participants, technology teams and delivery partners to define product vision, prioritize requirements and drive successful delivery of strategic initiatives.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and business objectives.

Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders and market participants.

Own and manage the product backlog.

Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.

Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.

Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA and Business Analysts.

Manage delivery priorities, risks and technical dependencies.

Support UAT and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
