Role Description

This is a full-time Data Analyst role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and external sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

The role includes building reports and dashboards, conducting statistical and trend analyses, and generating insights that support product, operations, and business strategy. The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate business questions into analytical tasks, and present findings in clear, actionable formats.

Daily responsibilities also involve documenting methodologies, maintaining data models, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytics processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods to support hypothesis testing and performance evaluation.
• Experience with Data Modeling, designing and maintaining data structures that support reporting, dashboards, and advanced analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate technical results into business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages for data work (e.g., Python or R) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Experience in technology, digital media, or a fast-paced data-driven organization is an advantage.
