We’re on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Officer who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, ownership, and great service.

At Komatsu, you won’t just process invoices — you’ll play a key role in keeping our business moving, our suppliers smiling, and our controls rock‑solid.

What You’ll Be DoingProcessing high‑volume supplier invoices and employee expenses with speed and precision.

Performing 3‑way matching, GL allocation, and statement reconciliations.

Making sure payments are accurate, on time, and policy‑compliant.

Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries quickly.

Maintaining clean master data and supporting scanning & AP systems.

Helping uphold strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness.

Being a go‑to AP expert in a collaborative, supportive team.

What Are We Looking For5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a large or shared‑services environment.

Solid SAP ECC knowledge and confidence working with AP systems and scanning tools such as Open Text is highly desirable.

Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.A sharp eye for detail (you spot the $0.01 differences).

Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.

The ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.A team‑player attitude with the confidence to work independently.

Exposure to change management or project management is a bonus!

Experience with managing overseas vendors is highly regarded.A systems savvy individual with a keenness to learn new systems.
