About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to take ownership of a significant portfolio of technology and business change initiatives.

This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with teams across technology, business and external partners to turn strategy into action. You'll guide delivery from idea through to implementation and benefits realisation, helping shape the future of some of Spark's most important customer and operational platforms.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, from planning through to successful outcomes and measurable benefits
• Bring together and lead cross-functional teams across Technology Evolution, Enterprise Data, Intelligent Platforms, Networks & Operations, Centres of Excellence and delivery partners
• Keep delivery on track by managing roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, risks, budgets and resources
• Provide visibility of investment, costs and benefits across change, cloud, labour and vendor spend
• Facilitate governance forums, steering groups and decision-making, ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and informed
• Navigate complexity, remove blockers and help teams deliver with confidence

What you'll bring

• We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in the experience, leadership style and mindset you'll bring to the role.
• Significant experience leading large-scale technology delivery and transformation programmes
• Experience leading CRM, BSS or enterprise platform transformations within telco, utilities or other complex customer-centric environments
• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar enterprise technologies
• A track record of delivering multi-phase transformation programmes, including legacy modernisation or decommissioning
• Experience operating within structured programme environments with governance, architectural oversight and assurance requirements
• An understanding of telecommunications products and BSS/OSS environments would be highly regarded
• Most importantly, you'll be a collaborative leader who knows how to bring people together, build trust and maintain momentum through change.
