• Dallas, TXThe Senior Accountant is responsible for the preparation and review of financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations for Lincoln's administrative entities.
• This role supports the monthly close process, variance analysis, and billing/collections operations for assigned markets.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for admin cost centers and balance sheet accounts.
• Perform monthly close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions for assigned markets.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and financial reports for admin entities.
• Process or review billing, collections, and cash application for assigned markets and revenue streams.
• Manage reimbursable employee allocation schedules and reconcile market cash activity.
• Coordinate with property management teams and Market Finance to ensure accurate and aligned reporting.
• Support audit preparation and year-end close activities.
• Provide guidance and support to accounting associates on the team.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
• CPA candidacy or completion preferred. 4-6 years of accounting experience; commercial real estate or professional services experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience with billing, collections, and cost allocation processes preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting ERP systems; advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
