Business Development Manager

Our Client, an international law firm based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team. The role would join a smart, agile and well established team in Dublin, and offers opportunities to work with international offices, and closely with senior management to achieve objectives. • Lead the implementation of the business development and marketing elements of the overall business plan
• Partner with colleagues in order to strategise re best approach
• Prepare partners for meetings, client events and conferences
• Keep in close contact with the marketing team to align output
• Keep up to date with market movements in order to inform strategies
• Use your influence to affect change and guide operations.

Experience:

• Relevant BA in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.3-5 years previous experience working in a similar position, or a number of years as Senior Exec level
• Previous experience in Law, Accountancy, Finance, or Banking
• Previous experience delegating to direct reports
• Good attention to detail, with strong ability to manage competing priorities
