We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis, based at our North Sydney Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing campaigns, driving Local Area Marketing performance, and supporting commercial growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into action. Working across Brand, CRM, Media, Social, Digital, Creative and Operations, you'll help deliver campaigns that strengthen our brand, support clinic performance and drive customer acquisition.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Australia and New Zealand.
• Manage the annual marketing calendar, campaign workflow and marketing operations.
• Drive the ANZ Local Area Marketing strategy and partner with franchisees to improve clinic performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines and resource planning.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and commercial outcomes.
• Support the delivery of the ANZ marketing strategy and annual business plan.
• Lead and develop the Brand Manager and LAM Coordinator.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role.
• Proven success delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience managing marketing plans, budgets and campaign calendars.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Local Area Marketing, preferably within a franchise, retail or multi-site environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and a focus on results.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills.
