• Understand and address business priorities and relations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Seven years in HR, focusing on leadership and employee relations
• CHRL designation preferred
• Knowledge of labour and employment legislation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
