The Parts Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding market opportunities across multiple sales channels, including retail, wholesale, and national fleet accounts. This position will lead sales strategy and execution while actively driving product management activities.
Including account alignment of product strategy, portfolio development, market positioning, and commercialization initiatives. The role will also develop key customer relationships, identify emerging market opportunities, and execute strategies to increase revenue, product penetration, and market share.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in sales management, product management/support, key national account management, negotiation, and sales pipeline development. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented professional who is equally comfortable developing long-term business strategies and taking a hands-on approach to driving sales performance.
Territory: Ohio, Chicago, Indiana and New Braunfels – TXThe ideal candidate will reside within the assigned territory, with a strong preference for candidates located in Illinois or Ohio. Candidates should be comfortable with travel throughout the territory to support customers, national accounts, and business development activities
