Business Development Manager

We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (BD)We’re a fast-growing company in the IoT / Smart Hardware space, expanding into global markets. We’re looking for a commercially driven BD to help scale our partnership ecosystem and turn opportunities into real, sustainable revenue.

• Identify and execute high-value business opportunities aligned with company strategy
• Own the full deal cycle: sourcing, negotiation, structuring, and execution

• Explore and iterate on GTM approaches (channel, co-selling, ecosystem partnerships)
• Track performance and continuously improve partnership effectiveness What We’re Looking For3–8 years in Business Development / Partnerships / Channel roles
• Proven ability to drive deals and deliver commercial results
• Strong business acumen and market awareness
• Solid execution skills with the ability to manage complex projects
• Effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
• Nice to Have
• Experience in IoT / Smart Hardware / B2B tech
• Exposure to North American markets
