About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the Director of Marketing to help define the future of how customers discover our brands. Your primary focus will be developing and executing our AI Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy, improving organic search visibility, and continuously optimizing an already high-performing paid search program.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner directly with marketing leadership to research emerging technologies, test new strategies, analyze performance, and implement initiatives that drive measurable business growth. This isn't a maintenance role.

It's an opportunity to build, learn, and help shape the next generation of digital marketing.AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (40%)Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement the company's AI Search and GEO strategy.

Improve brand visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and emerging AI platforms.

Develop strategies to increase AI citations, recommendations, and brand authority.

Research emerging AI search trends and identify opportunities before competitors.

Collaborate with the Content Manager to optimize content for AI-powered discovery.

Evaluate new AI tools that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Search Engine Optimization (35%)Execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, traffic, and lead generation.

Improve technical SEO and website health.

Optimize product pages, blogs, landing pages, and educational resources.

Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.

Partner with the Content Manager to grow organic search visibility.

Performance Marketing (20%)Continue improving our already high-performing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads programs.

Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality, ROAS, and cost per acquisition.

Test landing pages and improve conversion rates.

Monitor search trends and recommend optimization opportunities.

Analytics & Insights (5%)Build dashboards and reports that measure SEO, GEO, PPC, and website performance.

Analyze customer behavior and marketing attribution.

Provide recommendations backed by data.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–5 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity or marketing performance.
• Curious, adaptable, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus based on measurable business results.
