This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a standalone HR role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, priorities, and projects while partnering closely with senior leadership. From attracting great talent and supporting managers to shaping policies and driving employee engagement, you'll play a key role in the continued success of a dynamic and growing business.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking ownership of all permanent and temporary recruitment activities across multiple sites.

Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.

Supporting managers with employee relations matters and providing practical HR advice.

Leading disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance-related processes.

Ensuring the business remains compliant with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.

Producing recruitment reports, workforce metrics, and HR insights for senior leadership.

Regularly visiting sites and building strong relationships with managers and teams.

Supporting business growth through site openings, mobilisation projects, and workforce planning initiatives.

Identifying opportunities to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous HR Management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a high-volume setting.
• Solid employee relations knowledge with the confidence to advise and influence management teams.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.A background in hospitality, contract catering, retail, facilities management, FMCG, or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently.A self-starter who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and thrives in a role where no one is looking over your shoulder.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required.
