We're hiring recruitment consultants currently working at an agency, 1-4+ years in, permanent or contract background, who want to build a career in a market that isn't going anywhere. If you're a junior recruiter doing generalist desk work, or a full desk consultant in a market that's crowded and commoditized, this is a chance to specialize in something real before your competitors figure out how valuable it is.

What you'll do

• You'll headhunt.
• Not post-and-pray.
• Not ATS management.
• Sourcing and approaching candidates who aren't looking, building relationships with people who become your network for the next ten years, and placing them with clients who trust us to deliver.
• You'll work full desk or split desk depending on experience and what you want to build.
• Want to carve out your own niche inside energy transition (a specific technology, a specific region, a specific client vertical)? We'll build a desk around it.
• Junior consultants get direct mentorship from a team that has built searches in this market for years.
• You're not handed a job board and a phone.
• You're taught how to qualify a search properly, how to read a candidate's real motivation, and how to run a process that doesn't fall apart at offer stage.
• Who we're looking for
• A hunter.
• Someone who wants to build a desk, not manage a queue.
• Someone who's curious about a technical market and willing to learn it. You don't need an engineering background, but you need to be willing to understand what a BESS interconnection timeline actually means before you can sell a candidate on a role.1-4+ years of agency recruitment experience, permanent or contract desk.
• Full desk experience is a plus but not required.
• We'll train the right junior consultant who has the drive and the coachability.
