Supply Chain (SCM) Functional Consultant

We are looking for a senior ERP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), D365, Oracle ERP, and Hypercare Support.

Duration: 12+ Months (minimum)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Work Model: Candidate must work from the any nearest Client's office in the US/Canada

Travel: Travel to the client location may be required to address business-critical scenarios

Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card Holders only

Position Overview

We are immediately looking for an experienced Functional MFG/SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Oracle ERP systems to support and manage Hypercare activities across Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) business cycles through multiple, iterative releases.

The consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end functional support, ticket management, issue resolution, coordination with appropriate technical/functional teams, and closure of business-critical issues during Hypercare.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience
• 10–12 years of relevant consulting/support experience with Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) business cycles on ERP platforms
• Extensive hands-on, end-to-end functional experience across both O2C and P2P
• Mandatory experience with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle ERP
• Strong experience working across two dominant ERP platforms: D365 and Oracle
• Strong ERP domain expertise with the ability to work in a technology-agnostic environment
• Proven experience handling functional ERP tickets/issues from identification through resolution and closure
• Experience in Hypercare support following ERP implementations/releases
• Prior experience working as a Hypercare Support Consultant or PM on D365 and Oracle ERP implementations
• Ability to support multiple and iterative releases across O2C and P2P processes

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional Hypercare support for D365 and Oracle ERP environments.
• Support end-to-end Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes.
• Manage and resolve ERP functional tickets and incidents during Hypercare.
• Triage issues, identify the appropriate functional/technical teams, coordinate resolution, and drive tickets through closure.
• Analyze business-critical issues and provide appropriate functional guidance and solutions.
• Work closely with business users, ERP teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support multiple iterative ERP releases and associated Hypercare activities.
• Monitor and manage issues through ServiceNow.
• Ensure timely communication, escalation, tracking, and resolution of critical business issues.
• Support client teams during business-critical scenarios, including onsite travel when required.
• Leverage deep ERP domain knowledge while working across technology platforms.
• Participate in release, stabilization, and post-production support activities.

Good to Have

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of Agile ceremonies, sprint-based delivery, and iterative releases
• Prior experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation/implementation programs

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a senior-level ERP Functional Consultant / Hypercare Consultant / ERP Support PM with deep expertise in both D365 and Oracle, and extensive experience supporting O2C and P2P end-to-end processes in large enterprise environments.
