Regional Sales Manager, Central West Canada

Due to our continued growth and success, we have a new position open for a Regional Sales Manager, Central Canada. Our Regional Sales Managers are instrumental in promoting and supporting the sales and education of Axis products, solutions, and services. They build positive, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and become experts at helping customers realize value from their investments.

They engage our channel partner ecosystem—including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users—to provide expert knowledge on our network cameras, analytics, access control, intercoms, IP audio, and video management software.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Understand customer business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions.

Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets.

Schedule and conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.

Actively participate in tradeshows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and other promotional sales activities.

Prepare sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.

Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills.

Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Resourceful and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Strong technical background with experience in cameras, and computer networks preferred.

Expected travel time for this position is approximately 40-50%.

The approximate total compensation range for this location and position is $135K-$155K, which includes a 70% base / 30% commission OTE, corporate bonus and car allowance. Competitive compensation: including performance-based incentives.
