Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead technology projects.

This role will manage projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Gather requirements, define scope, timelines, budgets, and project plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Coordinate application development, SaaS, infrastructure, and integration projects.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, vendors, and SOWs.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, stakeholder workshops, and status updates.
• Track project performance, budget, schedule, and delivery milestones.
• Translate technical information into clear business requirements and recommendations.
• Requirements:3+ years of IT project management or IT business analysis experience.
• Experience with Agile software delivery, including Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, backlog management, and releases.
• Experience managing teams, stakeholders, budgets, vendors, and project risks.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, cloud platforms, and IT security.PMP/PRINCE2 preferred;
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
