Are you highly organised, client-focused and passionate about delivering exciting retail construction projects?

We're looking for a Construction PMO professional to support the delivery of fast-paced retail fit-out, refurbishment and rollout programmes across the UK. Working alongside project teams and directly with clients, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, on track and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple retail construction projects and programmes.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Manage project programmes, trackers, risks and key milestones.
• Support project governance, reporting and documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Attend and coordinate project meetings, capturing actions and driving progress.

About You

• Experience within a PMO, Project Controls, Project Coordination or Project Management role in construction.
• Ideally experienced in retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
