Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic cold outreach
• Cold call and email prospective customers generate qualified meetings
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo & Outreach
• Partner with Account Executives on account strategy and pipeline creation
• Able to describe the offering quickly and accurately and respond to basic inquiries by potential prospects
• Achieving defined KPIs as set by the organization.
• Working closely with Business Operations, Marketing and Sales departments in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity

Reporting to the Business Development Team Leader, the BDR will focus on outbound lead generation in the APAC market

A highly motivated individual with a strong intent for success, who considers themselves a self-starter. Has the ability to work under pressure and under strict timelines; a team player that thrives under solid leadership within an organization that has a clearly defined business strategy and focus.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in dynamic startup environment an advantage
• Proven track record of success with B2B upper mid-market and enterprise space
• A sense of urgency!
• Experience in SAAS is a plus; experience in Threat Intelligence and Cyber gets you to the top of the list
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as time-management skills
• Expert knowledge of outbound digital sales tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Sales navigator, etc. experience with CRM is a plus '
• Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient
• Willing to work in our Hong Kong office 2 to 3 days a week (Hybrid role)
