About you

• You are passionate about hospitality and food.
• A guest obsessed team player.
• Available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in pizza making, particularly hand-stretched pizza, dough preparation, and fermentation techniques.
• Experience preparing pasta, sauces, and traditional Italian dishes, with a sound understanding of Italian cuisine.

What you will be doing

• Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
• Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.
