To monitor restaurant areas to ensure consistent standards of cleanliness
To ensure all Health & Safety and food safety requirements are met
Qualifications
Level 2 Food Safety certificate
Level 2 H&S certificate
Skills/Knowledge
Barista trained
Merchandising skills
Trained on till usage
Allergy awareness
Previous experience in a service environment dealing with customers (preferable)
