Associate Creative Director

As we continue to expand our in-house creative capability, Entain Creative is growing to support a broader range of brands, campaigns and activation-led ideas. We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to play a key role in shaping that output, creating culturally relevant, socially fluent and channel-agnostic ideas that connect with audiences across the full customer journey.

Working closely with our Creative Directors, the Associate Creative Director will take a senior creative role across major briefs, from initial concept and creative development through to execution. You'll turn strategic and audience insight into bold creative ideas that can live across social, digital, film, experiential, activations and wider brand communications.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role. You'll originate ideas, shape the creative narrative, provide copy and art direction, and raise the standard of the work around you. You'll present and sell ideas to senior stakeholders, while collaborating with strategy, social, design and production to bring those ideas to life.

You'll also help develop other creatives and contribute to a culture where bold thinking, collaboration and high creative standards are part of the everyday.

What you'll do

The Associate Creative Director will

• Lead integrated creative briefs from strategic thinking and concept development through to execution across social, digital, film, print, experiential and activations.
• Develop original ideas rooted in audience and cultural insight, translating brand platforms into distinctive campaigns, experiences and content.
• Provide strong copy and art direction, protecting the central creative idea as work moves from concept into production.
• Lead social and digital shoots, including scripting and creative direction across production teams, crew and talent.
• Present and sell creative thinking to senior stakeholders, while providing clear direction and constructive feedback to other creatives.

Essential skills and experience

The role requires

• Senior creative experience as an Associate Creative Director, Senior Creative or equivalent within an integrated, digital or creative agency environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating original conceptual thinking and successful 360° campaigns across multiple channels.
• Excellent copywriting and art direction instincts, with the ability to turn strategic insight into simple, powerful creative ideas.
• Hands-on production experience, including taking concepts into shoots and working confidently with production teams, crew and talent.
• Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms, combined with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders and guide other creatives.
