Strategic Account Manager

• Grow strategic accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal activities.
• Build executive trust and co-create value with customers to drive adoption of advanced security solutions.
• Conduct strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) tied to business outcomes.
• Identify and execute expansion opportunities while negotiating and closing deals to increase share of wallet.
• Develop and execute structured account plans, maintaining deep account knowledge and accurate forecasts.
• 7+ years of experience in account management within cybersecurity or IT.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, renewal strategies, and customer success principles.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of Check Point portfolio and competitive landscape.
• Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts and minimize churn.
• Fluent in German and English
