THE ROLE

• Ever
• Pure is seeking an experienced National Partner Manager to join the Sales team in Singapore.
• In this role, you will leverage your partner management and channel expertise to drive the sales and adoption of our Ever
• PURE solutions through our Singapore partner ecosystem.
• You will build and strengthen relationships with key partners, understand their business priorities and customer needs, and develop joint strategies that create new opportunities and accelerate growth across Singapore.
• You will work closely with account executives, systems engineers, partner sales and enablement, marketing, and leadership team members to develop and grow the business with the full Ever
• PURE portfolio of solutions.

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE… You will

EverPure is looking for a National Partner Manager (NPM) to develop and manage the Partner relationships .

The successful NPM will work in tandem with Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives to successfully develop and service all partners and prospects within their respective geography/territory.

They will also collaborate with Sales, Partner Technical team and Field Marketing team on programs and events designed to promote EverPure’s product and drive revenue to EverPure through partners.

• Create Strategies and lead team efforts to maximize sell-through of EverPure products within Channel.
• Manage and be the main point of contact for new and existing partners.
• Aggressively drive partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through partner-led pipeline contribution, sales best practices, training and support.
• Manage sales orders and provide status to partner and/or manager.
• Communicate masterfully with partners on new product offerings and channel programs
• Work with marketing team (both internal and external) to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
• Conduct contract negotiations & define and execute partner/distribution business plans.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business performance reviews for distributors/CAM-Managed Partners
• Drive and execute Channel Programs creating a channel-led business contributions through deal registrations and partner-source opportunities

What You Bring To The Team

• Demonstrated experience developing Channels in Singapore.
• BA/BA degree in business, marketing or software engineering.
• Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies.
• Passion for post-sales customer success.
• Knowledge of the storage industry specifically: Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures.
• Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore/Mumbai office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
