  • Groups and corporate business. Price enquiries, complete displacement and net-contribution analysis (including accommodation, F&B, meeting revenue and costs), manage group options and review corporate production with Sales and Reservations.
  • Team and stakeholder leadership. Oversee Reservations (1 Reservations Manager and 1 FTE), including rostering, leave, performance, timesheets and training. Coordinate with hotel departments, partners and external stakeholders.

MONTHLY | ANALYSIS & PLANNING

  • Reporting and benchmarking. Prepare month-end performance, variance, segmentation and STR reports; provide recommendations to hotel, Accor and owner leadership and assist with the month-end pack and Accor submissions.

  • Distribution and marketing. Evaluate OTA/direct booking mix, distribution costs, commissions, campaign returns and net revenue; support invoice checks and review contracted corporate rates/potential package revenue generators with the DOSM.

ANNUAL | BUDGET & DEVELOPMENT

  • Budget and strategy. Partner with the General Manager to develop the annual rooms budget, occupancy/ADR/RevPAR targets, monthly projections and pricing/segment plans based on seasonality and demand.
