Junior Manager Loyalty Activation Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems (F/M/X)

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Junior Loyalty Activation Manager to join our team, starting in January 2027.

You will be based in Paris* and will report to our Global Director Loyalty Activation for Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery & Emblems.

You will play a key role in driving the daily execution, coordination, and tracking of our loyalty activation strategy to support our growth, qualitative and operational objectives.

In this role, you will act as a vital support system for our VPOs, La Maison Management, General Managers, and on-property hotel teams, helping them leverage the full power of the ALL Accor program and maximize overall loyalty performance across our luxury portfolios.

Key interactions

Reporting directly to the Global Director Loyalty Activation, you will act as a key connector between corporate and on-property teams. You will collaborate daily with General Managers, Vice Presidents of Operations, and hotel teams to support on-the-ground loyalty execution.

Additionally, you will liaise with Brand Management and Central Loyalty teams to ensure brand alignment and the smooth deployment of global campaigns.

VPOs, Sales, Marketing, Revenue & Brand, Operations, Procurement, Food & Beverage, IT, ESG, Talent & Culture, Loyalty teams.

Externally

Hotel teams, central loyalty teams, PME loyalty teams.

Your key missions and responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily point of contact for hotels, responding to queries and providing daily support.
• Support the delivery of program KPIs (Key Performance Indicators); identify and assist underperforming hotels with key metrics, such as member enrollment.
• Loyalty onboarding of new hotel openings (in collaboration with the Manager and executing the French speaking ones.
• Deliver engaging online training on a monthly basis and create the content in collaboration with the Manager.
• Liaise with hotels to facilitate program training in accordance with the Loyalty Activation Manager's guidelines.
• Implement engagement initiatives and incentives for hotels consistently across regions and execute them.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience team members to provide support for the ALL Accor experience.
• Maintain a registry of required loyalty actions for hotels entering and exiting the network/system.
• Keep a record of loyalty activations deployed annually to demonstrate engagement and activity across brands.
• Ensure quality French translations for all communications sent to hotels.

What you will bring to the role

Experience

• Degree in Hospitality Management
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Loyalty, Partnerships, Marketing, or Hospitality
• Operational experience is preferred
• Multi-regional experience is preferred
