BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – GROWTH & STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPSJitendra Consulting Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives across the Group’s service lines, including Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, Corporate Services, Business Setup, and other consulting solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring high-value clients, building strategic partnerships, conducting market and competitor research, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new SME, corporate, family-owned business, and multinational clients across the UAE.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions with key decision-makers including business owners, CEOs, CFOs, and Finance Directors.
- Prepare and present proposals, engagement letters, commercial quotations, and service presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Ensure a seamless transition of newly onboarded clients to the service delivery teams. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, free zones, legal firms, business councils, chambers of commerce, and referral partners.
- Identify and establish strategic alliances that can generate recurring business opportunities.
- Represent the Group at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, seminars, and conferences.
- Strengthen the Group’s market presence through active participation in professional and business communities. Market Intelligence & Competitor Research
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor activities of competing audit, tax, consulting, and corporate service firms.
- Analyze market developments, pricing trends, regulatory changes, and client demands to support business growth initiatives.
- Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations to improve market reach and profitability. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services across the Group’s various business divisions.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Support strategic account development initiatives for key clients. Banking & Corporate Relationships
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for empanelment opportunities and relationship management.
- Facilitate introductions and referrals for clients requiring banking facilities, financing, trade facilities, and related corporate services.
- Develop relationships with financial institutions to enhance service offerings and referral opportunities. Sales Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities through CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline, sales, and performance reports for management review.
- Track lead generation, conversion ratios, revenue performance, and business development KPIs.
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure client requirements and service commitments are effectively managed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience within professional services, consulting, audit, tax, banking, financial services, or corporate services sectors
- Proven track record of acquiring new corporate clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the business environment and corporate landscape.
- Existing network of business contacts, referral partners, and decision-makers within the market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience in competitor research, market intelligence, and strategic business planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- UAE driving license preferred.
