Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, · Business Development Manager will lead the company's sales and business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and achieving aggressive revenue growth targets.
The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure contracts with key customers.
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Increase market capacity and customer purchase.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Research and identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and modification.
- Explore new channels and markets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
- Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor client performance, contract renewals, and service levels to maximize long-term business value.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and business reviews.
- Ensure high customer retention rates.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally.
- Commercial Negotiations:
- Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations.
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations.
- Ensure profitable deal structures.
- Review margins and pricing strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor sales executives.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Train team members on sales techniques and products.
- Ensure sales targets are met across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with qualification in sales. / Preferably MBA.Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience.
- Minimum 5 years within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth.
- Existing network within the UAE F&B market is highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales experience.
